CHICAGO—LG Electronics has just extended its 377,630 square-foot lease with ML Realty Partners LLC at 1251 115th St. in suburban Bolingbrook. James L. Frank and Jason West of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction.
“We are pleased to extend our relationship with LG Electronics MobileComm as they have enjoyed the building's versatility and proximity to the I-55/Weber Rd. intersection,” said Mike Luecht, president and chief executive officer at ML Realty Partners, in a prepared statement. “The property's strong location within Highland Corporate Center benefits the well-known industry leader in electronics.” Company officials told GlobeSt.com that they could not provide any additional information about the new deal.
“We look forward to continuing with ML Realty Partners at our Highland Corporate Center location as our company continues to grow,” said Howard Kim of LG Electronics MobileComm. “This building has benefitted our home appliance products and is a central hub for our mobile communications division. Its 30' clear heights, abundant docks and trailer parking have been critical to our success.”
