LG Electronics Extends Suburban Lease

CHICAGO—LG Electronics has just extended its 377,630 square-foot lease with ML Realty Partners LLC at 1251 115^th St. in suburban Bolingbrook. James L. Frank and Jason West of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction.

“We are pleased to extend our relationship with LG Electronics MobileComm as they have enjoyed the building’s versatility and proximity to the I-55/Weber Rd. intersection,” said Mike Luecht, president and chief executive officer at ML Realty Partners, in a prepared statement. “The property’s strong location within Highland Corporate Center benefits the well-known industry leader in electronics.” Company officials told GlobeSt.com that they could not provide any additional information about the new deal.
