SAN DIEGO—Marcus & Millichap says that Colby Haugness has rejoined the firm as sales manager of the San Diego office, according to John Vorsheck, vice president and regional manager of the office.

“It's a pleasure to welcome Colby to the San Diego management team,” says Vorsheck. “Our agents will benefit from his strong leadership and management skills, while our clients will gain additional insight on the investment sales market because of his experience as a successful commercial real estate agent. Colby's expertise will help us expand our investor client base in the San Diego area, and throughout Southern California.”

Haugness joined Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office in 1999, specializing in retail property sales, and he was promoted to senior associate in October 2002. Haugness left the firm in November 2003 to pursue other interests in real estate.

Haugness attended Washington State University where he studied real estate and finance.
