S.Hekemian Shows Confidence in Bergen County with First Office Build in Five Years

ENGLEWOOD, NJ—The S.Hekemian Group has broken ground for construction of the first new office building in Bergen County in more than five years. The building, dubbed ES4, is a 46,000-square-foot class A corporate office building in the Englewood South neighborhood. The building, which will also feature ground-floor retail space, is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2016.

S.Hekemian officials, led by senior managing director Peter Hekemian, were joined at the groundbreaking by Englewood Mayor Frank Huttle III. “This is a visionary, state-of-the-art office building,” says Mayor Huttle. “This project clearly demonstrates The S.Hekemian Group’s commitment to Englewood, providing an important boost for the city’s economy.”
