Avion Business Park Lands 2nd U.S. Woolley's

IRVING, TX—Avion Business Park, a 50-acre tract located at State Highway 114 and Royal Lane between Esters Boulevard and Freeport Parkway in Irving, will welcome Woolley's Classic Suites to its tenant mix.

IRVING, TX—Avion Business Park, a 50-acre tract located at State Highway 114 and Royal Lane between Esters Boulevard and Freeport Parkway in Irving, will welcome Woolley’s Classic Suites to its tenant mix.

“The addition of Woolley’s Classic Suites to this prime piece of property, near the D/FW airport, is a key component of our overall plans,” Bill Guthrey, senior vice president of KDC, the project’s developer, told GlobeSt.com. “Many business travelers want to stay in upscale accommodations in a business park setting. Avion Business Park will meet this need.”
