One Belleview Station Going Up in Denver

 DENVER—Developer Prime West has broken ground on One Belleview Station, a new class AA office building totaling 320,000 square feet. The development is located at the northwest quadrant of I-25 and East Belleview Avenue and will be the first office building within the 42-acre Belleview Station Transit Oriented Mixed Use Master Plan. Designed by Gensler, One Belleview Station will be LEED Gold and will take advantage of state of the art system architecture for both power and fiber optic data. Cushman & Wakefield’s senior directors Ryan Stout and Nathan Bradley are leasing agents for the project, which is expected to deliver in the Fall of 2016.
