VISTA, CA—Wermers Multi-Family Corporation has completed its latest construction project in Santa Fe Avenue in Vista. Paseo Pointe is three stories of retail space and parking, and multifamily housing. The project's 69 units consist of 3 studios, 21 one bd/ba, 24 two bd/ba, and 21 three-bedroom apartment homes. Each unit features state of the art energy-efficient appliances in a stainless steel finish.

The project includes a recreation area and community amenities such as an outdoor courtyard, a 1,500 square foot community room with kitchen, family barbecue area, a tot lot, computer and library room, leasing office, and a laundry center.
