NEW YORK CITY—INC Research Holdings Inc., a leading global phase I to phase IV contract research organization, has named JLL as exclusive provider of strategic and transactional real estate services for its portfolio of facilities worldwide.
Headquartered in Raleigh, NC, INC Research Holdings provides clinical development services for the biopharmaceutical and medical device industry. JLL will assist the company in aligning its office space across six continents with current needs during a period of significant growth.
The assignment will be led by SVP Erika Jean McNeil, along with Paul Glickman and Matthew Astrachan, vice chairmen, all with JLL. The team will work closely with Kevin Brandenburg, vice president, head of corporate services for INC Research.
JLL will advise INC Research on the most efficient use of space, providing leasing and strategic analytical services to rationalize the portfolio as the company continues to expand. Currently, INC Research has offices in more than 70 major cities, including Hong Kong, London, Beijing, Tokyo, Toronto, Amsterdam, Moscow, Sydney and Singapore.
