Alhambra Place Signs First Tenants

ALHAMBRA, CA—The 140,000-square-foot retail development signs its first four tenants—a Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza, the Habit Burger Grill, Bank of the West and Maido—and the owners say interest is strong for the remainder of the space.

ALHAMBRA, CA—Shea Properties has signed its first tenants at Alhambra Place, a 140,000-square-foot retail development. Among the group of tenants is Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza, the Habit Burger Grill, Bank of the West and Maido. With leasing activity strong, the owners of the property say that there is more to come.

“Blaze and the Habit are both quick service options, are new to the market and they have wide appeal. They will complement the additional food tenants that we have in the pipeline but have not yet announced,” Kiril McKee, SVP of leasing at Shea Properties, tells GlobeSt.com about why this group of tenants was a good fit for the property. “Maido brings a unique array of merchandise that will add something fun and unexpected to the mix.”
