NEW YORK CITY–Colliers International has hired Robert Taylor as a senior managing director.

He comes on at the firm from SRS Real Estate Partners, which he first joined in 2003 as managing director in the company's Northeast region. The corporate office division of the firm—then called the Staubach Company—later merged with Jones Lang LaSalle, where he served as SVP.

At Colliers, Taylor will focus tenant representation in the New York metropolitan area. Over the course of his career, he has worked with prominent clients such as Hard Rock Café, Fox Sports Grill, Reliance Globalcom, Fortress Investments, Louis Dreyfus Properties, Mass Mutual, and Mitsui Banking & Trust, among others.

“Bob has extensive experience serving national client accounts,” says Joseph Harbert, president of Colliers' eastern region. “He is well-networked and well-respected within the real estate industry and we look forward to having him join our team.”

Prior to re-joining SRS Real Estate Partners in 2013, he was a managing director with Cassidy Turley in New York. Before Taylor turned his focus to New York, he lived and worked in Washington DC.
