SAN FRANCISCO–The initial 50 residences of Folsom Street Tower B, the tallest of the four towers that make up Lumina, are now available for purchase. The residences offered by Tishman Speyer have prices starting at slightly less than $1 million. At 42 stories, Tower B offers 360-degree expansive views of San Francisco, including downtown, Twin Peaks and the Bay, featuring sunrises and colorful sunsets framing the city skyline. More than 290 residences have already sold.

Carl Shannon, senior managing director at Tishman Speyer, tells GlobeSt.com: “Interest in the new luxury residences at Lumina has been tremendous. With very little inventory left in the Main Street tower, we moved up the release date of the Folsom Street Tower by several months so we could offer a diversity of floor plan options to new prospects throughout the 42-story building.”

Interested buyers can tour a two-bedroom, two-bathroom model, and explore available residences. The multi-media system allows prospective residents to tour Lumina's many floor plan options, discover the unique views from each residence and explore the highlights of the SoMa neighborhood.

Located at Main and Folsom Streets, where SoMa meets the Embarcadero, Lumina offers 656 modern residences with dramatic views and amenities, including a bi-level club lounge, private dining room with chef's demonstration kitchen, indoor screening room with lounge seating and business center. The Jay Wright-designed state-of-the-art fitness center includes a climbing wall and two private exercise studios, spa facilities with a private treatment room and a 70-foot lap pool. There is also an outdoor landscaped rooftop terrace with barbecue facilities, fire pits and outdoor screening facilities.
