CBRE Takes On Midtown Challenge

ATLANTA—CBRE has a new challenge—filling up Bank of America Plaza in Atlanta’s Midtown submarket. Bank of America Plaza sits at the crossroads of North Avenue and Peachtree, a prime location in an area that’s seeing a resurgence. The office building is 48.2% occupied, according t CoStar.

“Midtown is healthy in all areas, and is poised to continue to thrive,” Travis Deese, senior research analyst with CBRE’s Atlanta office, tells GlobeSt.com. “In addition to the 14 planned multifamily developments in Midtown, the submarket also has eight currently under-construction developments and five additional planned office developments, which will be well-positioned to serve the expanding in-town talent pool.”
