“IPro's move to Tempe is consistent with overall trends driving the Valley's office market. This lease marks a strategic expansion for Ipro as the company continues its rapid growth.

Ipro also plans significant tenant improvements to help the company reach their goal of an “award winning” space. Initial plans for the space include a state-of-the-art training facility, large outdoor meeting and recreation area, bike racks, shower facilities, mini market, and a mezzanine lounge and break area for employees to enjoy.
