DALLAS--Stream Realty Partners has been selected by LaSalle Investment Management as the exclusive leasing and property management company for the three-building, 1,163,465-square-foot Pioneer 360 Business Center portfolio.
The class A assets are located at 2241 S. Watson Road, as well as 2900 and 3000 E. Pioneer Parkway in Arlington.
"Shortly after LaSalle's acquisition of Pioneer 360 Business Center, Stream was successful in securing a new 32,000-square-foot five-year lease," Cannon Green, managing director and partner at Stream Realty Partners, told GlobeSt.com. "The project is now 100 percent leased to 12 high-quality tenants with a diversified mix of tenant size ranges, finish levels and lease terms."
