SEATTLE—Ivanhoe Cambridge and Callahan Capital Properties says that Community Health Plan of Washington, a local not-for-profit health plan in Washington State has leased 91,816 square feet on six lower floors at 1111 Third Avenue. Community Health Plan of Washington will relocate from its current building in late 2016.
Larry Almeleh and Pat Pendergast of Washington Partners represented Community Health Plan of Washington in lease negotiations. Lisa Stewart and Jim Allison of Urbis Partners represented the building ownership.
The asset known as 1111 Third is a 34-story, 572,500 square foot, class-A office building that has recently undergone significant capital improvements, including an upgraded lobby and storefront, new building systems and an expansive new fitness center. Located in Seattle's vibrant downtown core, the property features outstanding views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains, as well as a six-level underground garage, convenient access to public transportation, freeways and an abundance of nearby retail and dining amenities.
