HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ–Steven Matovski has joined Redwood Realty Advisors as a director. Matovski will spearhead Redwood Realty's expansion in Hudson County.

“We are planning to expand aggressively in that market, and we believe Steven is an excellent choice to lead that effort,” says Thomas McConnell, CCIM, managing partner at Redwood Realty Advisors.

Matovski is recognized as a top-producing multifamily agent in New Jersey who specializes in serving clients in Hudson County. “Steven's multifamily expertise in the industry, and in Hudson County specifically, make him a great addition to our team,” says McConnell.

Matovski has worked in the industry since 2008, most recently serving as a senior associate at Marcus & Millichap. He has a track record of advising a variety of private and institutional investor clients, developers and lenders.

As reported in April by GlobeSt.com, two veterans of Marcus & Millichap, Kevin McCrann and Thomas McConnell, started Redwood Realty Advisors to focus exclusively on multifamily properties in New Jersey and New York, a property type they say wins “hands down” over office.

“I am excited to join Redwood Realty Advisors and help them to grow the company,” says Matovski. “They take a true team approach to every assignment, and their exclusive focus on multifamily allows us to put a laser sharp focus on excelling in this sector.”

Matovski is a graduate of William Paterson University where he concentrated in business administration. He also earned the distinction of being inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
