AUSTIN—ECR has announced a new tenant for Park Central, a three-story, 115,000-square-foot. class A office building in North Austin.
PCE Paragon Solutions USA Inc. move into the building, which has “built up traction as a fitting location for a wide variety of office users,” say reps for ECR.
“Park Central is an exciting office lease opportunity with its close proximity to The Domain, abundance of onsite amenities for tenants and access to several major thoroughfares,” Jason Steinberg, senior brokerage advisor at ECR, told GlobeSt.com. “This class A building is attracting all types of businesses and especially those with employees that live in all areas of Austin, due to its central location.”
