Former Longtime Colliers Exec Joins Cresa

NEW YORK CITY—The new appointee, who spent over two decades at Colliers International and most recently worked at DTZ, joins Cresa as a senior advisor.

NEW YORK CITY—Cresa has tapped 25-year industry veteran Richard Plehn as senior advisor. He will be focused on real estate portfolio evaluation, financial analysis and leasing advisory for Cresa New York clients across the region.

Plehn comes to Cresa New York from DTZ, where he served as VP of occupier services and managed a team that focused on designing, executing and overseeing real estate plans for businesses. Prior to DTZ, Plehn built his career at Colliers International, where he advised both tenants and landlords in the New York market for over two decades.
