Fully Leased Shops at Starwood Expands

DALLAS--Whitestone REIT is in expansion mode at The Shops at Starwood.The fully leased center in Frisco, at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road, will break ground on Phase III, adding approximately 24,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space and 8,600 square feet of executive office space to the class A mixed-use property.

DALLAS–Whitestone REIT is in expansion mode at The Shops at Starwood.

The fully leased center in Frisco, at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road, will break ground on Phase III, adding approximately 24,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space and 8,600 square feet of executive office space to the class A mixed-use property.
