SHORT HILLS, NJ—Roseland, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, promoted Andrew Marshall to chief operating officer. In his new role, Marshall will oversee the day-to-day operations of Roseland and will continue as the Company's executive vice president of development.

“Throughout his tenure with Roseland, Andy has been an invaluable asset to our team through his strategic and thoughtful management of development,” says Marshall Tycher, president of Roseland. “Among his many accomplishments, Andy has been the leader of the master-planned redevelopment at Port Imperial, playing a critical role in transforming the site into the thriving waterfront community that has emerged.”

“I'm honored to have the opportunity to advance my career at Roseland in the role of chief operating officer,” says Marshall. “It goes without saying that the support of my colleagues and mentors at Roseland throughout the years has been instrumental not only to my growth as a professional, but to the continued success of our multi-family development across key Northeast markets.”

Marshall was named executive vice president, development, in 2012, after serving as vice president of development since 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
