SEATTLE, WA—Touchstone, a Seattle-based developer, and The Hotel Group, a nationally-recognized hotel company, have completed the opening of the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown.

The 222-room hotel was developed by Touchstone and will be operated and managed by THG. The hotel is centrally located to downtown Seattle and near attractions like the Seattle Space Needle, Pike Place Market, EMP Museum and Chihuly Garden and Glass.“This property is perfectly suited for business and leisure travelers alike,” said Lara Latture, chief operating officer, The Hotel Group. “The premier downtown location, along with spacious guest rooms that are equipped with modern amenities and exceptional service, will offer guests an outstanding experience the moment they walk through the door.”

The property features a unique two-story atrium lobby, a saltwater swimming pool, 2000 sq. ft. of meeting space and tastefully decorated rooms ideally lit with natural light.

With this first partnership with Touchstone, the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown represents THG's seventh Hilton branded property in the Puget Sound Region and the third property THG has opened in the last few months, with another two opening later this year. Touchstone currently has two additional hotels under construction in the Great Seattle area, both of which will open in 2016.
