NEW YORK CITY—CBRE Group has represented Boston Properties, owner of 250 W. 55th St., in three leases totaling 45,300 square feet at the Midtown trophy office tower. The team of Peter Turchin, Christie Harle, Sam Seiler and Caroline Merck are the exclusive agency representatives for the 988,000-square-foot building. Watson Farley & Williams will occupy 30,400 square feet in a 15-year relocation and expansion lease. CBRE's Mark Ravesloot, Bill Iacovelli, Michael Wellen and Cara Chayet, represented the law firm, which will move from 1133 Ave. of the Americas in first quarter 2016. Gamut Capital Holdings will occupy 7,500 square feet in a five-year relocation lease. CBRE's Michael Movshovich and Ben Friedland represented the new fund, which will move in fourth quarter 2015. Lion Point Capital will occupy 7,400 square feet in a seven-year relocation lease. DTZ's Jonathan Schindler and Conor Kenny represented this fund, which will move in fourth quarter 2015.

RFR Realty reports over 12,000 square feet of leasing activity at 275 Madison Ave. with tenants Brandshare, a medical office, Relmada Therapeutics and Knightsbridge Advisors. Brandshare signed a new lease for 3,918 square feet of space at the building. Jared Winter, from ATCO, represented Brandshare in the lease. Relmada Therapeutics singed a new lease for 5,790 square feet of space in a deal negotiated on behalf of the tenant by Mitchell Kunikoff and Seth Rosen, Jr. of Lee & Associates. Dentist Stanley Heifetz renewed in the building for 1,136 square feet of space. Also renewing in the building is Knightsbridge Advisors, a provider of human capital needs for financial service firms around the world, which renewed for 1,565 square feet at 275 Madison Avenue. The landlord was represented in these four leases in-house by AJ Camhi, SVP and director of leasing, along with a leasing team led by Mitchell Konsker from JLL.

Garry Steinberg, managing director/principal, Richard Kave, managing director, and JP Sutro, managing director of Lee & Associates NYC have been awarded the exclusive agency for an approximately 8,000-square-foot retail space at 19 West 55th St. Located between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, the space features about 4,000 square feet at grade level and about 4,000 square feet on the second floor, as well as more than 40 feet of frontage. “This is a highly visible and exceptionally large space, which makes it an excellent opportunity for a New York debut of an overseas brand or an expansion of a designer collection,” says Steinberg.

RKF EVP Joshua Strauss and associate Taryn Talmadge represented landlord, 71 Spring St LLC in a 4,200-square-foot lease with Danish juice bar Joe and the Juice at 67 Spring St. Amira Yunis and Anthony Stanford of CBRE represented the tenant. This will be the company's first US location. Situated on the north block between Crosby and Lafayette Streets, this spot sits right off the entrance to the Spring Street subway station with close proximity to Broadway. The building, known as 67-73 Spring Street, is a six-story office building with four retail stores at the base. Other retail tenants include Papyrus, Chipotle, and FedEx Office.

Thor Equities has acquired a SoHo retail property at 51 Greene St. Located between Broome and Grand Streets, industry sources tell GlobeSt.com the site traded for just over $8 million. The two-level, 3,600-square-foot building is occupied by Arcadia Fine Arts. “SoHo is becoming the new Gold Coast of lower Manhattan, where fashion, design and art combine to create a culture that is unmatched,” declares Joseph Sitt, Thor CEO.

Eastern European café chain Stolle signed a lease for its first Brooklyn location, securing 550 square feet of ground-floor retail space at 119 Court St. Located on the corner of State Street in Downtown Brooklyn, with 40 feet of all-glass corner frontage, the site was leased for $250 per square foot. The new storefront is a corner division of Tio Pio, the sublessors on the space, who were represented by Winick Realty Group's Jordan Kaplan and Zach Diamond.
