MILWAUKEE—Sara Investment Real Estate, LLC, an investment and brokerage company in Madison, WI, has just closed on the purchase of the Fair Park Business Center, an office building directly across from State Fair Park in West Allis, a suburb of Milwaukee.
The building, located at 620 S. 76th St., is designated for multi-tenant use. Formerly a service and training center for local utility WE Energies, the 132,401 square-foot space now houses companies with focuses ranging from education to health management.
“It is Sara Investment Real Estate's policy not to disclose or comment on the price of any of our property transactions,” a company official told GlobeSt.com.
"The Fair Park Business Center is a great addition to our Milwaukee-area holdings,” added Traci Dalsin, president of Sara Investment. “Located minutes from I-94, the building provides a fantastic location for a quality mix of tenants, making it a strong investment opportunity.”
Sara Investment had already made several significant investments in the Milwaukee market. In February, the firm began development of an 82,500 square-foot facility for Gearbox Express in suburban Mukwonago, and in October 2014 it acquired the Tannery, a 243,472 square-foot office park in Milwaukee.
“We will continue to seek opportunities in Wisconsin and throughout the Midwest that match our investors' real estate investment goals,” said Ben Adank, vice president of development.
