Nelnet Renews Lease at Paramus' Country Club Plaza

PARAMUS, NJ—Nelnet – a leader in providing interactive marketing solutions within the higher education sector – has renewed its lease at Country Club Plaza, 115 West Century Road, in Paramus, NJ for another year, while it continues to look for a permanent long-term location.

PARAMUS, NJ—Nelnet – a leader in providing interactive marketing solutions within the higher education sector – has renewed its lease for 8,032 square feet of office space at Country Club Plaza, 115 West Century Road, in Paramus, NJ for another year, while it continues to look for a permanent long-term location.

NAI James E. Hanson executive managing director Michael G. Walters and sales associate Russell J. Verducci brokered the lease on behalf of the tenant. Nicole Steimel from CBRE represented the landlord. The building is owned by Country Club Plaza LLC and master leased by Toys R Us.
