DENVER—The Integral Group has broken ground on 1250 Cherokee Street in the heart of Denver's Golden Triangle neighborhood. The luxury high-rise apartment development on the nearly one-acre site will be part of The Integral Group's EVIVA line of ultra-modern, highly energy efficient properties. Integral has partnered on the project with Charter Realty Group, a long time Denver based developer, and Wanxiang America Real Estate Group, a private equity real estate fund based outside of Chicago, who has provided the equity capital for the project. The project is expected to complete in Fall of 2016.

Located adjacent to the Museum District in the Golden Triangle, one of downtown Denver's best known areas for urban living, the project will feature 274 units which will include studios, one and two bedroom plans, as well as several two story walk-up townhomes that will set a new standard for luxury living in Denver. The Golden Triangle has become one of the most desirable neighborhoods for sophisticated urban renters and is only a few steps away from Denver's premier cultural and entrepreneurial destinations. With views of Downtown, Civic Center and Denver's premier museums to the North and East, and views of Denver's premier neighborhoods and the Rocky Mountains to the South and West, EVIVA Cherokee is ideally situated as a premier luxury rental community.

“Our main objective is to connect the diverse facets of the communities where we build; and this is no exception,” says Christopher Martorella, president, Integral's Commercial Real Estate Division. “EVIVA Cherokee is designed to attract renters of all ages from Gen-Y to Baby Boomers looking for a new standard in luxury living in a thriving neighborhood. The apartments will feature exceptional finishes and unrivaled indoor and outdoor amenities.”

“The Golden Triangle is such an amazing neighborhood and has such vibrant living space that our new project will fit in perfectly and add to the contextual fabric of this wonderful urban environment,” says George Ahearn of Charter Realty Group. “With world-class museums and new ones being added concurrently with our project, we will bring new life and vibrancy to the neighborhood.” EVIVA Cherokee will add a level of sophistication and urban charm to help the Golden Triangle fulfill its potential.
