Work Begins at 1250 Cherokee

 DENVER—The Integral Group has broken ground on 1250 Cherokee Street in the heart of Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood. The luxury high-rise apartment development on the nearly one-acre site will be part of The Integral Group’s EVIVA line of ultra-modern, highly energy efficient properties. Integral has partnered on the project with Charter Realty Group, a long time Denver based developer, and Wanxiang America Real Estate Group, a private equity real estate fund based outside of Chicago, who has provided the equity capital for the project. The project is expected to complete in Fall of 2016.
