Sitex Building Spec Warehouse in Meadowlands Submarket

CARLSTADT, NJ—As more evidence of the tightness of the industrial market in North Jersey, Sitex says it has lots of interest in the 53,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution center it's building on spec at One Palmer Terrace in Carlstadt, NJ.

CARLSTADT, NJ—Sitex Group expects to complete a 53,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution center in October that it’s building on spec at One Palmer Terrace in Carlstadt, NJ.

“We believe this project is representative of our ability to take on challenging sites and leverage our market knowledge, development experience and relationships,” Sitex senior vice president Blake Chroman tells GlobeSt.com exclusively. “We hope to do many more industrial development and redevelopment projects in Northern New Jersey.”
