MONTVALE, NJ—Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center will invest more than $100 million into a 17-acre property it just acquired in Montvale, NJ to build its third outpatient center, Crain's New York Businessreports.
Memorial Sloan Kettering bought the 142,500 square foot office building from Princeton based Chambers Street Properties, which says in a news release that “The sale of this property further reduces the Company's exposure to the New Jersey office market.”
The outpatient center is expected to open in 2017, says Crain's.
