NEW YORK CITY—Newmark Grubb Knight Frank has secured two leases for CVS Pharmacy. The retailer has agreed to put a 11,700-square-foot store at 51 Astor Place and a 22,250-square-foot spot at 1440 Broadway. On the former lease, NGKF's team of Ross Kaplan, Jason Pruger, and Trever Gallina represented CVS. The landlord, Edward Minskoff, was represented by Pat Smith, Matt Ogle, and Corey Zolcinski of SRS. On the latter deal, the tenant was again represented by Kaplan, Pruger and Gallina while NGKF's Pruger, Aaron Cukier and Kate Cohen represented the landlord, American Reality Capital.

Haworth has signed a lease renewal at 125 Park Ave. with building owner SL Green Realty Corp. The furniture designer and manufacturer agreed to take 30,365 square feet for 10 years at the Class A, 572,705-square-foot office building. The tenant was represented by JLL's Jim Wenk, managing director and Paul Formichelli, SVP. SL Green was represented in-house by Brett Herschenfeld, managing director, and Cryder Bancroft, leasing associate.

Greystone has secured a long-term lease with Blink Fitness to occupy all of 227 Fourth Ave. in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Known as the Brooklyn Lyceum, the 16,700-square-foot building's exterior is cbeing restored to its original landmark status while the interior will be maintained in a style reminiscent of its original public bathhouse days. RFK's Brandon Berger, Alex Beard and Eddie Mamiye arranged the lease on behalf of Greystone, while Blink Fitness was advised by Ezra Saff of Retail Zone.

In a relocation from Midtown East, the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism has agreed to relocate to 120 Broadway—once known as the Equitable Building—in a 16,000-square-foot, 15-year lease. The non-profit organization will shift its headquarters from 820 Second Ave. later this year in the wake of it closing on the sale of that property for $16 million last month. Savills Studley's executive managing director Marc Shapses and EVP, director & branch manager Ira Schuman, represented the USCJ in the transaction at 120 Broadway and the disposition of the Midtown East office. The Downtown building's landlord, Silverstein Properties, was represented in-house by Roger Silverstein.

Sabey Data Centers has signed a long-term lease with Transit Wireless. The tenant will take 11,000 square feet of data center floor space at Intergate.Manhattan, Sabey's facility in Lower Manhattan. Alan Bonett and Bradley Cohn of Adams & Company Real Estate represented Transit Wireless while Sabey was represented by Michael Morris of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

The Kaufman Organization has brokered a six-year, 8,363 square-foot lease for Wiesner Products at 132 W. 36th St., also known as the Kaufman Arcade building. The new space will serve as a showroom for Wiesner's footwear, hosiery, accessories, and apparel and home goods, and it includes office space. Asking rents for the six-year lease were in the high-$40's per-square-foot range. Steven Kaufman, Barbara Raskob and Yvonne Chang of Kaufman, represented the landlord, Kaufman Arcade Associates. Michael Heaner, partner at Kaufman, represented Wiesner.
