Danville Hotel Revamp Boasts Mixed Types

DANVILLE, CA—Notably undergoing a $25 million renovation, the historic Danville Hotel has 10,000 square feet of retail, high-end condominiums, three restaurants totaling 8,000 square feet and an outdoor plaza, slated to open in the fourth quarter of this year.

DANVILLE, CA—Notably undergoing a $25 million renovation, the historic Danville Hotel has 10,000 square feet of retail shop space available for lease below second-floor, high-end condominiums. Three restaurant spaces totaling 8,000 square feet and an outdoor plaza complete the highly anticipated property, which will open in the fourth quarter of this year, according to Newmark Cornish & Carey retail managing director, Adria Giacomelli.

All told, the 16 blocks of downtown Danville, a market of 1.1 million square feet, has available retail spaces ranging from 800 to 25,000 square feet, including specialty retail center, Danville Livery & Mercantile, which currently has three small shops available for rent, and 200 Hartz Avenue, a prime site for redevelopment that will provide custom space for a retail tenant of up to 25,000 square feet.
