National Call Center Grows KS Presence

KANSAS CITY—USA800, a Kansas City–based call center, just completed a site search that encompassed the Midwest, and has decided to open a new 20,000 square-foot facility in Lawrence, KS, part of the 18-county Kansas City region. The company will occupy a portion of the city’s I-70 Business Center.
