Citco Debuts NYC Gateway Biz Center

NEW YORK CITY—Slated to help companies establish a presence here, or grow an existing one, the facility will debut in Midtown this September.

NEW YORK CITY—The Citco Group of Cos. has revealed plans to open a business center at 350 Park Ave. in September to help companies looking to build, or expand their presence here. Staffing up for the effort, the company has hired Ted Doukakos, previously general manager at Regus, as general manager to oversee the new facility.

Citco’s Gateway Business Centerwill provide customized office solutions and administrative services to businesses establishing a presence—or growing an existing one—in New York City. Citco Gateway is a market-entry solution, providing office locations and administrative services to businesses looking to establish operations in a new market or further develop in an existing one. By leveraging Citco’s global business relations, business infrastructure, and business support services, Gateway clients can attain scalability and minimize capital commitments, and are able to focus their resources on their core businesses and achieving competitive growth.
