Net Lease Veteran Comes Back to Florida

TAMPA, FL—Teal Henderson is returning to Calkain’s Tampa office. She started her career at the net lease brokerage’s Central Florida operations in 2010.

Within a year, Henderson was promoted and opened the Midwest office in St. Louis. During her time there, she continued to monitor Florida’s net lease market. Essentially, she did double duty, covering both markets and introducing Midwest buyers to Florida’s net leased assets.
