DALLAS--Q Real Estate Holdings LLC, the real estate affiliate of Fort Worth-based Q Investments, has announced the acquisition of 2400 North Glenville, a 388,600-square-footcampus in Richardson.

Originally a built-to-suit constructed in 1989 for Verizon, it is located in Galatyn Park Urban Village, within Richardson's Telecom Corridor. Verizon will remain in the property until the fourth quarter of 2016 when Q Real Estate plans to begin renovations to reposition the property for new tenants. DTZ's Trey Smith, senior managing director, and Clint Madison, managing director, will oversee leasing services for the facility.

“Not only is 2400 North Glenville located in a highly desirable corporate neighborhood, adjacent to the Galatyn Transit Station, I-75, the Renaissance Hotel & Conference Center, the Eisemann Center for Performing Arts it is also just 1.5 miles away from CityLine, one of the largest mixed-use developments in North Texas,” Smith told GlobeSt.com. "While this makes the property highly desirable for continued use as a corporate or regional headquarters location, it can also easily be repositioned as a multi-tenanted office property.”
