M&J Innovations Relocating to Sanzari's Norwood Industrial

NORWOOD, NJ—M&J Innovations, a trade show company providing installation, exhibit construction, dismantling and storage services worldwide, is relocating from The Bronx to 385 Chestnut Street in Norwood, NJ, one of six buildings comprising Alfred Sanzari Enterprises' Norwood industrial portfolio.

NORWOOD, NJ—M&J Innovations, a trade show company providing installation, exhibit construction, dismantling and storage services worldwide, is relocating from The Bronx to 20,400 square feet at 385 Chestnut Street in Norwood, NJ, one of six buildings comprising Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Norwood industrial portfolio.

Andrew Somple of NAI James E. Hanson represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the transaction. M&J Innovations was represented by Mitchell H. Helfman of MRH Real Estate Services.
