PHOENIX—LGE Design Build has completed construction on Papago Tech, a 63,000-square-foot research, development and manufacturing shell building near Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and Arizona State University.

Papago Tech, 500 S. 48th Street in Phoenix, is located on 48th Street and Washington. The building has 24-foot clear height ceilings, ample power and freeway visibility.

Silagi Development, a real estate investment firm based in Thousand Oaks, CA, owns the building.

“The location is second to none in the Phoenix area. The proximity to ASU, Loop 202, I-10, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport makes Papago Tech an optimal destination for tenants,” says Moshe Silagi, president of Silagi Development.

“As a speculative building, LGE Design Build approached this project with thoughtfulness to ensure we included all the elements future users would find appealing in a manufacturing and R & D building. The result is a beautiful building that will serve the client well for years to come,” says Dave Sellers, LGE Design Build's president.
