NEW YORK CITY—SL Green Realty Corp. has inked a 22,498-square-foot expansion lease with IMG Worldwide, a sports, fashion and media agent, at 304 Park Ave. South. The tenant's new lease covers the entire 11th floor and a portion of the second floor at the 210,000-square-foot, 12-story office building in Midtown South.
CBRE's Michael Laginestra, Rocco Laginestra, Chirstopher Mansfield and Brian Dooley represented IMG while Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen acted on behalf of SL Green in-house. CBRE was unable to comment by press time.
“We were delighted to work with IMG who has expanded its commitment within the building to nearly 96,000 square feet,” says Steven Durels, EVP and director of leasing and real property for SL Green. The REIT is the city's largest office property owner.
IMG Worldwide has business operations in 25 countries that include global licensing, event management and the IMG Academy.
