HOUSTON—Houston-based Baker Katz has acquired a 4.5-acre property with plans to renovate two existing buildings totaling 33,000 square feet located near the cross streets of Farm to Market Road 1960 and West Lake Houston Parkway in Atascocita.

“The remodel will appeal to new national and regional tenants—offering a more diverse retail experience for local consumers.”
