AssetAvenue Names Peter Coleman CFO

LOS ANGELES—Coleman brings valuable combination of financial management, investment banking and fintech experience.

LOS ANGELES—AssetAvenue, the leading online lender for real estate investment properties, says that Peter Coleman has joined the company as chief financial officer. Coleman brings more than 20 years of financial management experience and investment banking experience focused on technology companies. At AssetAvenue, he will be responsible for leading the company’s financial management and accounting functions and advising on corporate finance strategies to achieve the next phase of growth.

Most recently, Coleman has served as CFO for several technology start-ups, including FuHu, the consumer electronics maker of the Nabi tablet, and LOYAL3 HOLDINGS, Inc., a financial technology company that leverages social technologies to democratize the capital markets.  At LOYAL3, Coleman had direct responsibility for building the finance, accounting, HR, regulatory and general operations departments and played a key role in the company’s raising $60 million through a total of four primary rounds.
