Bronx MXD Secures Two Healthcare Tenants

NEW YORK CITY—Owned by Triangle Equities, the property's two newest tenants have leased nearly 25,000 square feet combined, spotlighting this wrap up of recent deals.

NEW YORK CITY—Triangle Equities has completed two lease transactions—totaling 24,900 square feet—at Triangle Plaza Hub, a $35 million, 88,000-square-foot mixed-use complex in the South Bronx owned by the firm. Brightpoint Health will lease 16,000 square feet while DaVita Dialysis Center is taking 8,900 square feet of ground floor retail space. Peter Botsaris of Botsaris Morris Realty Group represented Triangle Equities in both transactions and Brightpoint Health in its lease. DaVita was represented by DTZ.

Joffrey Ballet Center will soon anchor the Zipper Building, located at 47-16 Austell Pl. in the Long Island City area of Queens. The dance school and studio has signed a 15,500-square-foot, 10-year lease for the entire fourth floor of the 51,200-square-foot property. The tenant was represented by Nancy Grod & Carol Gomez of Norman Bobrow & Co. Owner Vanbarton Group was represented by Ethan Silverstein & Corey Horowitz of Cushman & Wakefield together with Greg Smith, Ellen Israel, Kristen Morgan & Lauren Calandriello of JRT Realty.
