NEW YORK CITY—In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, and the toll of its wrath on the South Street Seaport, there were questions surrounding the future of the waterside tourist attraction. But developer Howard Hughes Corp., stepped forward with an ambitious plan to transform the site. GlobeSt.com sat down with Lincoln Palsgrove, director of marketing at HHC, to learn more about the site’s current state and the company’s future plans for the project.
