JLM Negotiates Lease in NW Houston

HOUSTON–JLM Commercial Advisors Inc. has negotiated a build-to-suit industrial lease located at Northwest Crossing Industrial Park in the Highway 290 corridor.

The 8.50-acre tract of industrial land at 6410 Langfield Road has 21,500 square feet of workshop and 8,500 square feet of office space and it’s where Pipeline Research Council International Inc. (PRCI) has recently completed construction of its new Technology Development Center (TDC). The complex features a state-of-the-art pull-test facility. The TDC, according to the firm, is one of the largest independent pipeline testing facilities of its kind in the world.
