IRVINE, CA—Now in its third year, the NAIOP SoCal Y Games put on by its Young Professionals Group promises to be bigger, faster, and stronger with a larger field of competition and new games.

The Y Games is an annual competition that pits teams, of up to 10 people, comprised of members of the commercial real estate industry, against each other on a variety of fun, athletic games. Past competitions have included events such as water balloon launch, tricycle relays, and kayak races, as well as team costume contests, among many others. This year the two best finishing teams will face off in a Championship Dodgeball Game.

“This year's Y Games will be bigger and better – and we are doubling our location space. I expect that we'll field more than 200 participants,” said Darren Foster, YPG Chairman. “It's a great event for young professionals to have fun and network with the commercial real estate leaders of today and tomorrow.”
