DTZ Senior Team Books 400K SF in Leases

CHATHAM, NJ—DTZ says its senior executives Raymond P. Trevisan, William O'Keefe and Kelsey Nakamura have negotiated twenty transactions totaling 400,000 square feet since the start of 2015, a reflection of growing confidence in the New Jersey economy.

CHATHAM, NJ—DTZ says its senior executives Raymond P. Trevisan, William O’Keefe and Kelsey Nakamura have negotiated twenty transactions totaling 400,000 square feet since the start of 2015. The transactions reflect the continued trend of flight to quality and the growing confidence in the New Jersey economy.

The team served as tenant representatives for eight transactions totaling 97,330 square feet.  Clients included Sherman Wells Sylvester & Stamelman law firm at 210 Park Place in Florham Park; Eliassen Group at 400 Atrium Drive in Somerset and Natrel Communications, which expanded office space at 119 Cherry Hill Road in Parsippany.
