Colliers Hires Brokerage Director

NEW YORK CITY—The firm's new appointee, who brings 15 years of experience to the posiiton, joins Colliers from DTZ, GlobeSt.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY.

NEW YORK CITY—Colliers International has brought on 15-year industry veteran John Pavone as a director of brokerage services, GlobeSt.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY. He comes to the firm from DTZ, where as a VP of brokerage services he advised corporate tenants and developed strategies to grow DTZ’s presence in New York City. Prior to DTZ, he served as a VP of brokerage services at CB Richard Ellis.

Pavone, who has completed more than eight million square feet of sales and lease transactions over the course of his career, will focus on tenant and landlord representation primarily in Midtown Manhattan. He will immediately support the brokerage team led by Andrew Roos, vice chairman, and Michael Cohen, president of the tri-state region. Among their assignments, the team is marketing 655 Madison Ave.––a boutique 25-story, 225,000-square-foot office tower in the Plaza District––as the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
