Bankruptcy Auctions Scheduled for Southwest Properties

NEWPORT BEACH, CA—US Court has ordered 120 Arizona and New Mexico properties to be sold, most of them related to the bankruptcy of the Roman Catholic Church Diocese of Gallup.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA—A US Bankruptcy Court has ordered two auctions for the sale of 120 properties, most of them related to the bankruptcy of the The Roman Catholic Diocese of Gallup, NM.

Todd Good, CEO/president of Accelerated Marketing Group and Hank Amos, CEO/president of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. appointed agents in the case announced the details of the auction Monday, noting that the diocese properties are to be sold regardless of price, by order of US bankruptcy Judge David Thuma. The first auction will be September 12, at the Downtown Sheraton Phoenix Hotel. The offering will include 32 properties located throughout Arizona. Nineteen of the properties are part of the bankruptcy auction offering.
