MIAMI—Condo developers are still placing bets on Edgewater. Two Roads Development, an entity formed by the parent company of Eastview Development, announced plans to build Elysee Residences.

Two Roads is billing Elysee as a boutique high-rise. The 57-story tower will feature only 100 units on Biscayne Bay at 700 Northeast 23rd Street. Elysee will break ground in the first quarter of 2016, with completion slated for the second quarter of 2018. Prices range from $1.65 million to over $10 million, and averaging about $750 per square foot.

“When it comes to finding exclusivity in East Edgewater, there's nothing like Elysee,” Reid Boren, partner at Two Roads, tells GlobeSt.com. “Offering only 100 units, each with direct views of Biscayne Bay, this ultra-luxury boutique tower is an oasis in the heart of one of Miami's most desirable neighborhoods.”
