Skanska Promotes, Hires Destefano, Haehl

HOUSTON–Skanska USA has promoted Tony Destefano to senior director and human resources hub leader for the central United States region, and it also has hired Cliff Haehl as vice president of business development for Texas.

“Part of Skanska’s success in Texas is due to Tony’s hands-on leadership style in human resources,” Brian Freeman, Skanska executive vice president and general manager of Texas, told GlobeSt.com. “Tony works closely with our teams to find the right people at the right time. A great example of that is the addition of Cliff Haehl. Cliff has three decades of experience in Houston and we’re excited to see him lead our Texas business to a new level.”
