  • Mariposa, San Antonio, 132 units
  • Elevation on Post Road, San Marcos, 342 units
  • The Rail, College Station, 390 units
  • Bristol Square, Austin, 336 units
  • The Beverly (formerly Red River Flats), Austin, 120 units
  • The Current (formerly The Bluffs), Austin, 300 units
