DALLAS--Transwestern has represented three new-to-the-area retail brands in securing local space. Transwestern vice president Grant Gold represented the tenants in all three transactions.

The stores are To Be Continued Boutique, which will lease space at The Pavilion on Lovers Lane in Dallas; The Yoga Factory and Wellness Center, to be located at The Shops at Legacy in Plano; and coffee and ice cream shop Twizzles, headed to Allen.

“The current market conditions – a low vacancy rate and high rental rates – make it increasingly difficult to meet the demand of each client's needs,” Gold told GlobeSt.com. “It's much more than simply finding space that's the right size and a decent location. There's a host of factors that go into creating the perfect scenario to set up a new retail brand for lasting success, which is our ultimate goal as real estate advisors.
